These terms apply when you use Pool Party Miami for Miami pool party discovery, ticket checkout, VIP table requests, reservations, promo codes, and related services connected to TheParty.app.
Tickets and Checkout
- Ticket availability, pricing, fees, taxes, promo codes, and event details may change before purchase is complete.
- A ticket order is complete only after payment is approved and a confirmation is issued.
- Tickets may be refused, canceled, or invalidated if they are duplicated, altered, refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, or otherwise invalid.
VIP Table Requests
- A VIP table inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until Pool Party Miami or an authorized venue representative confirms it.
- Table minimums, sections, guest count limits, arrival windows, deposits, service charges, taxes, and availability may change.
- No table, section, location, or admission is guaranteed until all required confirmation steps are complete.
Venue Rules and Entry
- All entry is subject to venue policy, age verification, valid ID, dress code, capacity, security, law, and door discretion.
- Event name, date, hours, venue, talent, DJ, lineup, weather policy, and pool access details may change.
- Late arrival, invalid ID, dress code issues, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or capacity limits may result in denied entry without a guaranteed refund.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Unless a specific event page or checkout path states otherwise, ticket sales are generally final after purchase.
- Refunds may be issued if an event is canceled, when required by law, or when Pool Party Miami or the applicable venue approves an exception.
- Service fees, platform fees, processing fees, and partial changes may not be refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
- If you believe there is an issue with a charge, contact us first so we can investigate before any payment dispute or chargeback.
Promos, Attribution, and Offers
- Promo codes and offers may have eligibility rules, time limits, venue limits, event limits, and usage limits.
- Pool Party Miami and TheParty.app may record source, campaign, click ID, referrer, promo code, and booking path details for attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, and operations.
- We may reject, reverse, or adjust any promo, order, payout, or attribution credit that appears duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or technically incorrect.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse checkout, forms, promo codes, ticket QR codes, attribution links, venue data, or client information.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, spam, fraud, impersonation, or interference with Pool Party Miami, TheParty.app, venues, or related services.
- We may restrict, cancel, suspend, or refuse access, orders, inquiries, reservations, or accounts when needed to protect guests, venues, partners, or the platform.
